My husband suffered a bad fall going to breakfast due to a wet sidewalk without any warning signs. Despite the incident, there was no offer for medical assistance, and while a staff member checked on him, other guests provided more help. Additionally, when we returned to our room, the housekeeper was banging on our door asking about dirty towels, indicating a lack of communication regarding room cleaning.

I did encounter some noise issues at night. The bed was cozy, and the staff was very welcoming. However, I wished for better soundproofing to ensure a peaceful night's sleep.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating offering helpful tips for travelers. I appreciated the comfort of having a fridge in my room for snacks and drinks.

but the check-in wasn't great. the staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and breakfast had good waffles. also, great parking right by the room made it easy for us.

Exceptional Service Made Our Stay Memorable!

During our recent stay, an employee named Celeste went above and beyond to accommodate us after we missed breakfast. She quickly brought out muffins and waffles, ensuring my kids had a great start to the day. Amazing service like this truly made our experience special!

Really enjoyed the clean pool area and the friendly staff made my stay enjoyable! Just wish the refrigerator had worked better. it leaked and created a mess. 🍽️

The ground-level King room offered a nice upgrade, and the fridge was a practical touch for a solo traveler. Unfortunately, the first room I was assigned had a strong cigar smell, but the staff quickly switched me to a clean and better-smelling room. However, there were issues like missing late-night coffee and an underwhelming breakfast that wasn't ready on time, contributing to a less than satisfactory experience.

This was just a top selection for a two-day stay in Redding with great value for money. The a/c worked really well, keeping the room nice and cool during the hot days. Look for a nearby spot to walk your dog since the grass area is super small.
